I'm new to this board, but not new to Yorkies. AND I live in Richardson, which is in the DFW area. How often do you have Meetups? Can anyone with a Yorkie join you?
Right now we are Yorkless. My Hailey, my love, my heart, went to the Bridge on Dec. 23, 2006, and my hubby and I have been inconsolable and not looking for a new furbaby. However, a dear friend in AZ had a stroke, and she wants us to take her little guy Yogi because she is unable to care for him at this point. We are having a lot of difficulties with the airline carrier size requirements and his size, so I don't know if this will work. My hubby is flying out to get him, but I'm not sure they will let him bring Yogi back. He's a super sized Yorkie, and he will not be able to stand and turn around in the pet carrier, so my hubby might have to return without him.
If we are fortunate enough to have Yogi join our family, we'd love to attend one of your meetups.
