Cool, now i know who to get ahold of next time i have trouble and dont want to pay anyone
I did my Allienware Laptop a couple of times with the help of their support via phone, but it is strictly a Gaming laptop, and just keep minimum info on that so it was easy as they ship with a restore DVD and it restores everything to where it was new !
