That sure must have been frightening for you....I've never had nightmares but have had dreams that aren't pleasant...I hate those dreams where you know it DIDN'T happen but you still carry the emotions around all day as if it really did and can't shake it...
Just keep repeating, "It was only a dream..It's only a dream"
