I'm so sorry you had that. I don't usually have nightmares anymore, but at the end of my pregnancy I had them all the time. One in particular, I was my moms friend when she was a child and I was witnessing all the bad things that happened to her in her childhood. She had a really rough childhood. VERY scary!!!!
