That is a good theory about the teething.

Sometimes they do just have an accident that you cannot explain.

I also think that when they're teething-just like human kids-they get "off". They can be cranky, act sick, and have diarihea for no reason at all when teething too. Just correct and use positive reinforcement, and you'll get through this. Take her out/to her pee pad often, especially while she's in this stage, and if she does what she's supposed to, PRAISE, PRAISE, PRAISE!
