WOW, I thought I was the only one with this problem....it took to well over a year before my Jack would stop running when I went for him, now when I go to retrieve him he just stops, gets low to the ground and waits for me to pick him up...Jake is new, he's 7 months now, and I'm off and running again....sometimes I feel like a fool chasing after him calling, "JAKE!... JAKE!... JAKE!..."...and he looks like he's having a good ole time at my expense...most of the time I end up laughing because I feel like such an idiot...
