Is it normal for yorkies to shrink back when you go to reach for them? Tobie's really picky and shrinks back like he's scared, even though I'm not doing anything to hurt him, just wanting to pick him up, but he'll come on his own accord....weird....
He's not the most cuddly dog. His sister who lives with my dad is cuddling feeling, but not Tobie. Should I be worried?
