Free whelpers are bitches that can deliver without a c-section. Their measurements should be 3 large fingers from anus to vulva and 2 large fingers from pelvis bone to pelvis bone. Is the father from a line of small dogs? Do you have a breeder friendly vet? If not I would definitely start shopping for one. A few good books would help, available for reference. You'll be on the fast track for learning so get in as much education as you can. Breeding these little dogs is often not as simple as people think it will be so prepare yourself. This is a good place to start.
