I don't release registration papers until the procedure is complete. I've had no problem in the past. But, since I've relocated, I'm changing my procedure and will not release puppies until the procedure is completed. Rebate, not sure if they'll even care, or if withholding papers. If they're hell bent on having puppies they will. I like Lorraine's contract saying she'll sieze puppies and all with no financial return to the owner and $5,000 fine if breeding is done outside the contract. Thanks Lorraine, think I'll see if it'll hold up court, will check with my laywer.

I've been witness to so many irresponsible pet owners since I've moved to California, it absolutely amazes me. The mentality here is you buy a dog, you breed it to recoup your money. There is no care for these lil creatures. You see them running the streets everywhere, filled with ticks, fleas, dirty, none of their basic needs met.
