 Half a sleep
Its been an all nighter for me. Making sure that Precious latches on and holding her there while she is latched. I have not looked at her belly after words. I just assumed Precious was satisfied because when she was finally done nursing she would not be whimperig. Precious likes to sleep between the two back legs with her head facing her rump. I guess its warmer there... is that normal.
I was asked if Peaches is a first time Mom... Yes she is.. and last.. I had her spayed while the c-section was done. She just has the one puppy. She will nurse around 30 mintues at a time .. anywhere from 1 and half hours to 2 hours. Is that about normal? Oh yea, Peaches will not lay in her whelping box I had for her.. She wants to be in my bed with Precious. So I just let her.. I hope thats okay... She wants right next to me. and I mean right next to me.
