When my Jess was a baby,we bought her some very shallow stainless steel bowls.It was to make eating easier for her and they worked fine
But as she got bigger,the bowls seemed too small,so we changed then for some bigger,deeper stainless steel bowls.
Well,you should have seen her reaction!! It was as if these bowls were huge ugly monsters,because all she did for the first day was bark at them!! She was nose butting them,barking,pawing at them..it was hilarious! It took her a while to eat and drink out of them without growling the whole time (lol) but she was fine after a couple of days
Also,a few months ago I got a new feeding station (a wooden dog with the bowls in his back).Well,that was another ordeal! I think they couldent understand why their food was higher up and resting in the back of a very stiff looking doggie! lol.Both Lady and Jess went CRAZY with that one
