After several long months of planning, I'm sure you know when is best. Have you thought about a contract with your co-worker. Breeding with a friend can be a recipe for disaster if you promise a puppy and you only have one. I'd get something in writing or pay a fee up front. Just a thought but I'm sure you've already considered it.
