i want to use a spay/neuter contract. i want to know if any of you offer a rebate back once they have completed the spay/neuter. i thought about this for a long time and see many people out there having litters with limited akc papers then get them registered with another registry.

i thought if i offered a $60.00 rebate, then it would get them to do this as soon as possible before they start thinking, "ohhh i can make money if i breed him/her"

let me know if this would be a good idea or just trash the thought
