You might want to find a really reliable doggie day care and send her for even 1/2 hour at a time, if you can make a deal with the owner about the cost.
This might help her become socialized without Mommy around. It's hard, but worth a try.

Max's day care separates the big dogs from the little dogs, takes out any dog who's being aggressive for a time out, there's always a person in there with them, etc. They even have a webcam so that you can see your dog from your computer.
