Thats good to know, I was just told this at a fish store once. You never know if the people really know what they are talking about though at those places
. What kind of turtle do you have? They were telling me the red ear sliders can be mean to other fish. I really want a soft shell turtle which is something you cant find in most fish stores. I had one growing up and he was awesome. We had him in a tank with a newt and they did wonderfully together.
