I am so sorry that this happened! If you can't get it fixed, maybe you could consider the keepsake videos...the 4D ones. That way you would still have one close to the same time-frame as this one. We had one done with our son at 28 weeks and loved it. It was a really nice place in Houston that created this beautiful ultrasound for us. Just a thought.
I know how special the ultrasound videos are to have. We were spoiled because we had a level II ultrasound every visit that we had with our daughter and son (I was extreme high-risk). I still watch their videos....I am goofy about my children.
