How old is Pixie? That will tell us if you still have hope of her getting any bigger. I had the same problem that you are having, and guess what my little girl's name was...PIXIE! How weird. Anyway- I recently sold her and she is 9 months old weighing 3.9 lbs. I took her in for a complete vet check before I sold her and I asked about her teeth. My vet told me the same thing about waiting until she was spayed to have her teeth done. With her size being so small, she did not need to go under more than necessary. I don't know why she would have any problems w/ her double row of teeth if you kept them clean. However, I would wait to see if any of the more experienced people answer this thread. They will probably have better kowledge of this subject.
