Yikes! I just noticed this week that Pixie has a double row of teeth up top! I didn't realize how common this was. I am worried sick though because my vet said we should put off getting her spayed until she gets a bit older in hopes she will put on more weight. Then he MAY feel comfortable risking the surgery. But she is so little (1 pound 7ounces) what if she is never able to have the surgery?? As long as I keep her teeth clean, will having a second row cause any problems????
