Congratulations on Kingston he is a little cutie.

I bought my little one a cooling collar for the hot weather. I bought mine at pet smart. I know they sell cooling vests online. As for the collar you soak it in water for about 30 mins and it bloats up then put it in the fridge for 15 mins then put it around their neck and it keeps them cool for a couple of hours. The collar has a velcro attachment so you should be able to make it small enough for Kingston.
