Well what me and my hubby make is ground beef and vegetables. You can choose your favorite veggies and mike them with gound beef garlic, onion, tomatoe and adobo or your seasoning of choice. We eat it's great and you can eat with rice or ketchup or both. I'm a ketchup fanatic.
