When Samson was 14 weeks old (we had only had him for 2 weeks at the time), he had somehow gotten out on the patio and fell in the swimming pool. I found him floating straight up and with his nose barely out of the water. He was hardly breathing. We rushed him in to the emergency veterinary hospital, (of course these things always happen after hours). Our vet says that Samson is one of the lucky few...usually it is a diffferent story. He spent 2 nights in the hospital and then we were able to bring him home. I was afraid that he would be a different puppy afterwards, but he is the same little Samson. We are so Blessed!!! We learned our lesson about watching him EVERY second... I can't imagine life without him!
