I have the pak-0-pet and the Tote-o-pet. I like both but I feel the pak-o-pet has a lot more room. Desi is 3 1/2 lbs and I bought the small . I wanted to buy the medium but the I spoke to a salesperson there and she talked me out of it (I'm glad she did).. she said the medium would be too big. The small fits dogs up to 6 or 7 lbs.
