I went to get the ingredients for whelping pudding and the goats milk, karo syrup, and egg yolk, water mixture that Mardelin had posted for others. I was checking the nutritional labels for evaporated milk and goats milk and they are exactly the same. The only difference was one is $.79 and the other is $3.79. What is the difference and could I just use evaporated milk instead of goats milk? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

We are having 2 litters due Aug 4th and we found out today between our girls we could have anywhere from 10-12 puppies so I thought it would be a good idea to keep the ingredients handy.
