 People food diet
Hello all! I'm new to the forums and new to the happiness of pet ownership! My fiance (coming over from Europe in a few weeks) has a 9 month y/o Yorkie whom she's been feeding only people food -- eg. chicken. I'm not sure exactly what else she's been feeding her, but I know it's only people food. Is this OK? Or, is she potentially malnutritioning her? If this is a problem, I want to make sure that when they get here, we can get her on the proper diet. Any advise for a newbie would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your comments.
