What registry is the BNR? How long has it been in existence? Where is it located? Is it an official German registry?

My understanding is that if American-born biewer puppies are not registered with an official German registry, future litters (for these puppy's puppies) will not ever be able to be registered with Germany. Also, without German registration these puppys may not be able to participate in any rare breed dog shows.

Buyers ask lots of questions if a puppy is not registered in Germany particularly with the IBC (International Biewer Club), Mr. Biewer's choice of registration.
