yes..I really did. Bad. I felt and heard the tear when I threw one late at night - they wanted to do surgery but I have no insurance...it was horrible - I couldn't lift my arm for almost 7 months - it still hurts at night when I'm laying down.
I usually don't tell people how I did it for obvious reasons LOL

ps - EDITED to add - they aren't bad to barehand - but you gotta watch out - they WILL pee on you
