i work in a daycare and that is certainly not acceptable! for many reasons including second hand smoke and also there influence on the kids! Kids look up to them that is showing them that this is okay! You should definately talk to the lady! and if she will continue i would personally find somewheres else somewheres they are more professional about things you know! I hope everything works out !
