T~ My experience was no weight bearing for the first 5 days and ROM 3 times a day 10 reps and then after 4 days 15 reps. Ice the first 48 hours and then warm compresses after that (not wet) After a few days there will be much bruising, which is normal. Crate or expen in the house for two weeks and then just no stairs or running.
