Try cutting a template to fit the inside of the ear, out of a file folder, outside of check-book cover... Shavee the ear on the inside....cover the template with surgical glue ( get it at any drug store - Duo Surgical glue . Place the cut out form on the inside ear, pressing it in place and hold until it dries....this will keep the puppies from removing tape. Make sure that the form goes all the way down, but take precaution that you don't obstruct the ear canal opening. Leave up for 5 days, down for 2.....if the ears flop down again, repeat. Now the surgical glue will get on the ear furnishings... use cold cream, and wash..it will eventually come off.
