Ok I did some research to find these facts that I have reworded...it might ring a bell with our buddy.
1) this state produces more wool that any other state in the US
2) this state has only one natural lake
3) our buddy is a southern bell
4) this state is often referred to as the silicone valley of the south
5) the states name when translated means friends or allies
and last but not least
6) they had the first domed stadium in the world
