 Sick dog
I drive past a house every day and today I noticed a very thin dog chained to a tree. There was also a little girl feeding it....
I want to call and get help for this dog but, could this send its owners to jail? I would hate to take away a little girls parents. This "house" is a run down trailer so I doubt these people have that much money. I just dont know what do do. What do you guys think? |
