This is me, too! Peter, Paul, and Mary are one of my favorite groups--"Leaving on a Jet Plane" is one of my all time favorite songs. I also like Willie Nelson and Waylon Jennings--the old stuff. Janis Joplin is another favorite.
My kids at school always laugh at me, because I am always playing music and it is so eclectic! They assume because I am over 40, I must just like country (actually, there is very little country that I do like.)
I also love instrumental--I use it at school while my students are learning to keyboard--celtic is so beautiful!
