We had to have 8 fruitless mulberry trees taken out last fall, the roots invaded our outside drain lines, had to replace all of the drain lines so we're not putting any more trees in the yard area. We had to have tractor work done, those roots were all over the top of the ground, and we even had pipes on each tree to deep water them no wonder our lawns were constantly wanting water.

Thanks for posting this on this tree, the flower reminds me of the lavender trumpet vine plants that we have vining on the chain link fences. Very pretty.

What I love about those trees is also that they root in one deep root and don't spread!
