Thank you

Well, I noticed before I even started training him that he would jump up sometimes and rest his paws on my hand to grab the treat in my hand. I didn't like that he jumped without me telling him, so I decided to make it into a "high five" trick, and now he does it only when I put up my hand.
Lie down, I would kinda pat the floor with one hand, and place the treat on the ground (still holding it). Some dogs will just automatically lie down to get the treat..he did that. I had a hard time teaching him this one though, sometimes he'd lunge at my hand..but now, he's got it.
As for roll over, whenever he was lying down, I'd kinda just roll him over myself and say the command. Soon enough I would just reach out my hand to roll him over, and he'd do it without me even touching him. Now I just give the hand gesture, and he'll do it (like he did in the video).
As for shake, I would hold the treat out (but hide it in my palm), and he'd paw at my hand. After a few tries, I'd just say "shake" (holding out my hand), and he'll lift his paw up. The video doesn't show it well, but I'll be sure to post a better one later.
Crawling on his belly (i'll show this in another video as well), I'd have him lie down, and then drag the treat on the ground. He started to crawl on his belly, and I made a trick out of it
