I wonder if you are correct about needing to get more exercise. Is there any way you can gate off the kitchen or a large area (without carpet) and let her run and go crazy with her toys....until she drops? These pups sure have a lot of energy don't they?

My little one (3 months) gets free run in safe areas about 3 or 4 times a day. She sleeps through the night most nights...or at least she doesn't wake me. She isn't potty trained though, she sleeps in her ex pen with wee pads in my room.

I will start the crate training after I am sure she is eating enough. Taking this one week (day) at a time and only had her one week. I am sure there will be some crying during the crate training for us too.
