I second that!!! Not only does my Veterinarian scan every patient that comes into her office, but she also has a stand in her office with a scanner that allows all furparents to scan their babies themselves and note the number of the chip for their own records. I just don't understand why all Veterinarians don't scan all their patients, both new and old. Especially with all the stollen little ones these days. EVERY one of them needs a rabbies shot sooner or later. Just think of the possibilities of happy ends for long lost fur-loves!
