I just my new baby and had the same problem the first couple of nights. When I talked to JPop's groomer about it, she suggested that I put a "ticking" clock in a sock and put a fuzzy stuffed animal in the crate with him; makes him think he's with his litter mates. Worked like a charm!! We still get up at night to potty, but very little crying now. By the way, I was so worried about JPop getting along with the little one, but they have really bonded well and I think will be best buds.
