When I went to New Mexico we went to a lot of mexican restaurants and they make a dish called Sopapilla... its a deep fried dough served with straight honey. Its sooo yummy! They have it to a) help with the heat of the chilis and b) as 'table bread' That might be a good thing to make also. here are some recipes for it
