I suffer a lot of back problems when I am preggers. I would suggest that you make sure to not cross your legs (only at the ankle). That puts a ton of pressure on your lower back. Try to not sit for extremly long periods of time. Do your best to get up and stretch and walk a bit. Also definitely get a body pillow for when you lay down to sleep. It definitely helps a lot. You can also try some prenatal yoga or pilates so you can do a bit of strengtening of your back. Another thing that works is getting down on all fours and kind of arching and releasing the arch to your back...it helps to stretch it out and relieve some of the pressure on your back. These things helped me get through three pregnancies.
