I've been to see my Midwife today and I've been suffering with really bad back pain for the past two weeks which shoots down into my right leg. It turns out I have a trapped nerve and I'm going to be referred for treatment. I can choose between Accupuncture or Physio.

If anyone has had either treatment can you please tell me what they do, how beneficial they were, etc...

I can't decide which as I've never had Accupuncture and the only Physio I've had was on my wrist when I broke it...
