Ryo does that same exact thing, but once he gets my attention he sits really pretty. I go through the words he knows(outside, walk food, toy,play, water, and cookie) and he will site and listen to me go through the words until i get to the one he wants and then he barks and jumps up. that helps a lot because he can tell me exactly what he wants.
sometimes he wants more than one thing. so after he is done with one he will sit and look at me and we begin to go through the list again. its cool if i have just given him water, or food, he wont react to those words anymore because thas not what he wants.
