I got it!!!!!!!You should have a county tax collector.You can call them,give them the address and they will give you the info on who Ownes the property.If it is rented,make up something that the renters are doing wrong.Like he may not want pets in his rental.If it is owned by the people who live there,then you will have their name the legal way.Also I am sure the tax office would want to know if they have a pet without a license. |
