Tink, just saw your post - you could never sound like a jerk.
I think if Maureen went to check that mail box for a name, the likelihood of someone even seeing her is very remote. I don't think anyone there would even bother reporting it if they saw her, and she could always use an excuse, like placing a Zeke flyer in there.
Talking about flyers - Maureen if you handed one to them - did you make sure it was in
Spanish?
