Default insect sting...what do I do?

So...
I decided to go and water my mom's flowers out in the backyard today when I got off from work.
I was totally unaware that one pot was apparently the favorite "hang out" of a family of bees
All I heard was bzzzz bzzzzz bzzzz bzzzz and then I heard my oldest Yorkie yip really loud...I looked back and saw him biting himself on the side. I am screaming trying to get the bees away from me and am getting stung left and right and hear my poor doggie yelp again.
I am allergic to bees and immediately ran into the house to retrieve my epipen shot with my dog following behind. Because I am allergic and had multiple bee stings I called a friend who took me to urgent care to make sure I was going to be okay and dropped my dog off at a neighbor's house because I didn't want him being by myself as he had been stung. I get home and get my dog and he was still in pain
I take him in to an emergency veterinary hospital and they sent me home with some things.
He is still biting one spot on his side...I can't figure out what to do. I can't cover it up as I don't know how I'd do that with all that fur that yorkies have That's the only problem he has right now. He keeps licking/biting/scratching that area. I've yelled at him to stop and he looks at me with this sad face I have the same problem with where I got the stings at but I can wrap it up in gauze...I can't really wrap my doggie up in gauze...
Anyone else have a yorkie that got stung by a bee? How can I get him to stop biting that side? I am scared if he keeps it up then it'll get infected
