if i'm not mistaken, it's illegal to mess with someone's mail or mailbox. you can get into very very big trouble for that. i think big fines and jail time would be involved.
i know that people are anxious to get that information (as am i, i keep refreshing the page every minute) but you don't want to get yourself in trouble. zeke would miss maureen if he came home and she were in jail!
i hope watching the house works well. any news on the police having been contacted? it might be a matter of getting the right officer to help out. or perhaps someone has called animal control?
