If it is an "iffy" neighborhood, with more than one family living in the house, guaranteed it is rented.
Okay, I just did a test on the "
reverse Number lookup". There is an option to search for numbers by typing in the address. I typed in my in law's address,
without entering their tel number or name. What popped up next was a page showing not only their telephone number, but the
name the number was registered to - my Father-in-law's. We could do both - the mail box check AND this website - and see if the names correspond.
