Are you in with anyone close like the county or city animal control or dog catcher,I would go over some heads in the police department over that one.Like that mans sargent,etc.LOL,I would make a 911 call and tell them you are getting your dog at all costs ,since they did not help you,or involve the media,that always gets people moving!!!!! |
