I am in the military and it is terrible to be away for so long. I went to Turkey for 3 1/2 months and believe me that was long enough. We were not married yet. We moved in an apartment together in July and then I was deployed in December. I then went back to Turkey for a month a year later and also got deployed to Hurrican Katrina relief for a month.
