It's really hard to tell when their little like yours what their going to get into. Heck, even my Rudy at over a year old, you never know sometimes.
You didn't do anything wrong. Now you know not to give her anymore baby blankets for a while. It's impossible to second guess what might happen. It's really all a learning process, just like with a lst child.
