I also called another vet (our local Banfield). They were very nice. They said the same thing, to keep an eye on poops, etc.. and she also said that sometimes you'd be surprised at what puppies can pass through their systems. She said it would be more worrysome if she had ingested something plastic, hard, or a bone.

She pooped again, so I'm just going to keep a close eye on her. I am really worried, and feel foolish for leaving a blanket with her that had the potential for getting frayed/chewed like this. I tried to be so careful! I'm going to stay home from work tomorrow (I can work at home) -- to keep an eye on her.
